KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 23 — Malaysia’s proximity to Hainan, China, opens up an opportunity to enhance mutual understanding and collaboration, maximising the country's role as the gateway to Asean, said Deputy Investment, Trade and Industry Minister Liew Chin Tong.
